🎯 Your Role

We're looking for Freelance Software Developer. Your role is central to creating smooth experiences for our audience. You’ll be working on funnel creation and optimization, content management, and analytics across our sites: GoHighLevel and Wix.

This role's primary purpose is to support Clarity Workshops with excellent back end operations that support the engagement of a diversified audience experience.

This role ideally requires minimal training - you are already an expert in GHL.

Because we are a spiritual coaching service, comfort with conversations around spirituality and religion are required, though familiarity is not required. We do not discriminate against individuals of any religious or spiritual background.

We're passionate about helping people cultivate a spiritual practice that works for them using evidence-based and ancient tools. We believe that these tools are empowering, and that training people in using them empowers future generations.

🔑 Your Responsibilities

FUNNEL SUPPORT - FORMAT WEB CONTENT, MANAGE CALENDARS, AND TROUBLE SHOOT PAYMENT LINKS, ETC

CLIENT EXPERIENCE - ENSURE COHERENCE ACROSS OUR EMAIL MARKETING SUITE, SOCIALS, AND CRM FOR A SEAMLESS CLIENT JOURNEY

CONSULt ON WEB DEVELOPMENT and inform overall FUNNEL STRATEGY & EXPERIENCE

deliver monthly engagement and performance reports

COnduct light research as needed to support OUR TECH SUITE

maintain alignment with brand values Of mindfulness, service, and transformation.

🌱 YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU:

  • Have experience managing back end development in the wellness, coaching, or spirituality space

  • Are comfortable working independently

  • Know your way around GoHighLevel - or at least are curious and willing to learn

  • Value consistency, but also creative freedom

  • Have experience in monthly memberships

  • Are excited about joining a mission-driven early-stage company with flexible, part-time, at-will work

  • Feel deeply connected to themes like emotional resilience, mindfulness, spirituality, and coaching

This position is an at-will contract and does not provide benefits. Minimum hours are not guaranteed.
